Dates: September 11 – October 11, 2021
Times: The Exhibit times follow Mall hours:
Monday–Thursday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Friday-Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Parking: Park in the Pentagon City garage (entrance on Army Navy Dr.) on level P1 on the Macy’s end. Feel free to carpool with your group. Parking will be paid for by the exhibit.
Location: Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. The exhibit space is inside the Mall in the old Microsoft
store, on the main level overlooking the nearby Food Court and Starbucks. Entering the Mall from P1 parking (Avis/Budget to the right), turn left to pass Ann Taylor, then right at Sephora and left again toward Macy’s. The exhibit is across from the Aldo store.
Amenities: The exhibit space has separate men’s and women’s bathrooms, a small kitchenette with refrigerator, table and seating in the back. Water will be provided. Seats also will be provided in the exhibit space. You can bring your own snacks and drinks and can bring a lunch if you are staying all day. We expect a steady flow of visitors, but some periods will be busier than others, and there will be downtimes. Groups can alternate breaks.
Covid: The Mall has advised that they will not shut down. But volunteers should be vaccinated and be prepared to wear masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
Duties: The volunteers are asked to greet visitors and monitor the exhibit. All volunteers will receive background information on the exhibit and the photographers,
